All Grab & Go items are first come, first served, so plan to stop by after noon on Mondays or Wednesdays for the best selection. Below is the most current list of what is available. If you want to be sure something is on hand before coming in, please call our store phone at 515-218-2522

What types of meals can I expect to find?

Most grab & go meals are extra copies of the previous week's menu, so if you missed getting your pre-order in, never fear! We'll have extra copies on hand.

When we have some extra time, we make smaller quantities of meals that are either pulled from our list of favorites or are meals that just aren't able to be made in a full-production fashion.

Either way, there is always something fresh, new, and absolutely delicious!

You'll also find overnight oats, snack boxes, mason jar salads, & other local goodies in our cooler. And don't forget to check out what's in our freezer — you can grab those at the kitchen, too!
