Potato & Leek Focaccia Pizza: Slow cooked confit potatoes, caramelized leek, smoked Gruyere cheese, and fresh thyme cream sauce base on a Focaccia pizza base made with locally grown and milled 00 flour.

Ingredients: flour, milk, potato, leek, Gruyere, butter, garlic, thyme, salt, yeast, olive oil

  • Delivery

    Deliveries occur weekly on Mondays and are available to those living withing a 20 mi radius from our kitchen . Check the recipe title for the next delivery date. The fee for delivery is based on distance from our kitchen and is calculated in the cart.

  • Free Pickup

    If you'd rather pick up your order, you can pick up for free on the Monday indicated in the recipe title. Currently, online orders cannot be picked up earlier than the date listed but can be picked up later.
